7th Annual Canada West Paddle Surf Fest

So you think you can surf, ah?!? Now you have an opportunity to show your stuff! This event is organized by the Vancouver Island Whitewater Paddling Society.  Our focus is to create a forum for local and distant paddlers to hook up for a weekend of fun and competition.  Skill level is not important (beginner or pro) as our sponsors have been quite generous, and in return, every participant has an opportunity to win big just for participating. Prizes include: paddles, PFD’s, paddling gear, gift certificates and more…  Beginner and intermediate surf clinics are available.  *We will only be taking seventy competitors*, so pre-register early if you want to participate.

A pres paddling will rival the day’s fun in the surf. This is where the non-paddling support (partners) can show their stuff.  Camping, dinner, and the party will be at the Surf Junction Campground on Saturday night.  Activities include a slide show, videos, sound, a burger concession, awards, an auction, and prize give aways.
