Not a Paddler

Afternoon Everyone,

I'm not a kayaker! So what am I doing here? My name is Chris and I live in Victoria. In a previous career I was a photographer living in Edmonton. That was 15 years ago. I'm looking to get back into photography as either a paying hobby or job. Right now I'm looking for ways to add work to my portfolio.

I do ocean kayak and have always had an appreciation for the skill involved in whitewater. I'd love to get out and photograph some whitewater action whenever possible.

If you're interested I'd love a heads up so I know where and when you're going. As much warning as possible helps.

Look forward to hopefully shooting some whitewater action.

So we can't even convince you to hop in a whitewater boat?

Right now, almost everyone is up in Comox on the Puntledge - great opportunity for shots there.

I will keep you posted when the Victoria crew goes out.
