I hope to be coming up with a full truck. Jessica and her sister will be along, Dawn from Victoria will probably be coming. That leaves one spot left. Steve from Victoria could fill that spot if he wants, and then I have a full truck for the trip!

At this point I am guessing easy/intermediate. Jess's sister is a gung ho paddler, but she has not been in a boat in about a year. You might want to check with her.

Dawn is a good paddler from what I have seen and been told. Steve in Victoria (from the forums) I have not paddled with yet.

Looks like my truck should be ready friday... get this bad master cylinder for the clutch, failing rear u-joint and my head gasket is gone...

*sigh*

$2500 bucks!

I don't know why I keep that stupid truck around, I mean, after all it looks awful! (Still, goes offroad like stink! :) )

I may have one spot empty in my truck, I don't know who is interested in coming up. I will be lending my Jive to Jessica's sister (she is coming by to pick it up today). So, it looks like 2 Jives, and whatever boat Dawn brings. (I think she uses a orange bliss stick Rad as well).

So, that would lean towards less of a creeking run, and more of a play oriented run. What beta have you seen on the rivers so far?

Anyone else in Victoria looking to head up North? It looks like I will have room for 1 more paddler...

Do we have a confirmed time on the dates? At this point Sunday would work better for me as I probably won't have my truck back until noon on Saturday. They have pulled the head off, and are waiting on valve seals from Toyota before they can put it all back together.

Any word from the river gods? Looks like a few people down here are doing the Cow... Which is ok, but I am looking forward to something a tad more exciting...

Anyway if this storm comes in and delivers we'll be on for something but right now ????Sunday works for me as well if we can pull it together..... just found out that a secret crew is going to challenge the upper gold on sunday as long as it stays above 40 cms...... I need some antlers for camoflauge

Any beta on the long weekend? I might have an opportunity to go hike the Tantalus range. And as much as I love paddling, I have wanted to get up into that area for a long time.
