The Puntledge is in Courtney - it runs right through the Courtney-Comox area, so it depends on how fast you drive for the time to get there. I don't know the KMs.

I usually take 3-4 hours to make the drive from Victoria.

The Puntledge is worth it.

Any word on the Browns? I still have not run the Browns yet!

life has a certain sense of irony huh george ..... If anyone plans on comin up it sounds like sunday is the day ! thats' the rumour right now with water releases. If the forecast discharge & the rain shows up ( the browns flows into the puntledge right above the play features ! ) it should be great....

Frickin BChydro can't make up their mind on releases. It was supposed to be a big one, now they are releasing at 50 on the upper. So play wont be so great but I will be doing a Brown's and Puntledge run on Sunday afternoon. Don't worry George, I'll rip up the river extra hard for you.
