New to area

Just moved into Courtenay from Cowtown and the Kan, and was hoping to meet some paddlers. I am keen to get out and explore some of the Islands waterways. If anyone is heading out drop me a line, I would love to tag. Respect, Smiles, and Safe.

welcome to the "north island crew" .... anyway a group is headed out wednesday at 5.30 on the campbell river . They meet at the logging bridge just up the highway 30 sec. towards Gold River. The run is class 2 with a few small play spots. Let us know what level you paddle at and your schedule , most of us are weekend warriors but for good levels a sick day is a good idea!

I am a bit higher lev then class 2, but would love to come out and meet, and paddle. Any river no matter the class is always fun to explore, especially when it is brand new! :) The fun of moving to a new area! Hope all is well, and look forward to paddling on Wens. sometimes the best paddle trips are the easiest river with a good crew of people .... and sometimes it's pushing yourself in some stupid little canyon ....
