Hey guys, my husband and I live in Vic (above MEC of all places) and we are also very strong swimmers! We paddle when we can, mainly weekends but it's hard to find people to paddle with. Let us know if you guys are going anywhere!

As soon as the water is going, you are welcome to head out with us. (I am selfish and trying to develop my own Victoria crew! ;) )

I am also spending a bit of time at Thetis lake lately working on my flatwater moves. I have to do something, as I can't find much exciting water! So, anyone wanting to head to Thetis with me is welcome.

My guess is that people will be heading out to the Thompson as soon as it starts dropping. So, at least there will be some water soon.

We also go there about once a week! Let us know when you're heading out and we'll do our best to be there. We'll probably ride the Cowichan in the meantime.
