For those interested in the flows under the Tillicum Bridge:

I have played around in it at high negative tidal flows, and there was not much to it. However, I hear that a small play feature appears about 3 hrs after maximum outflow. This would mean that at around -4 knots or so, there might be something there.
I have not seen anything worth writing home about any time I have checked it though.
Just need to drop a big rock in it....
