This race is on a beautiful section of whitewater, with a group campsite reserved for racers right beside the race site. If you have never been, it is a classic spot for some fun paddling and some great slalom! The course should be up by late Friday (18th), so come out and play around, run the river, check out central Vancouver Island.

If interest exists, there will be a sprint wildwater race as well as a classic wildwater on the Saturday. The slalom will start Sunday morning, with an efficient schedule sure to allow those who need to travel far a chance to get away in early afternoon.
